★★★★★ Where do I start?By the time I arrive at the house half my party was already there grinning & giddy saying how fabulous it was & I will love it! They were right! Beautiful house made us want to buy it! We were 3 adult couples, so we all had a king size room with own bathroom each which was perfect. The games room & pool were added bonuses we’ve never had before. This was our 6th visit & by far the best place we have stayed. There is an abundance of charging stations in each room to cater for all forms of technology. Plenty of towels for bathroom & pool. Washer & oven were very new & high tech! An abundance of crockery & cutlery. 2 weeks is not long enough to “do” everything in Orlando & enjoy the house, we only had 1 rest day! We wished we could have stayed an extra week! Happy we had the pool heated but wished we had used it more but often just fell into bed on our return. Location was fabulous. 15 mins to Disney 25 mins to Universal. A 5 min drive to nearest restaurants, supermarket & pharmacy. We were lucky we knew the 192 area from previous visits but even if we didn’t everything you need is in your doorstep. Seasons is like a beautiful housing complex which was perfect for us. Would definitely book again if we go back to Orlando. Perfect.

The guest experienced pool heater issues in the last part of their short stay. It was not possible to repair in the time of their visit especially over a weekend. Although the weather was warm and the pools were over 84, it was not possible to warm it further for the guest. Given the guest was local to the area, we refunded the pool heat in full and have offered complimentary pool heat on a return visit and an accommodation discount. The guest replied ’Thank you very much and yes we will take you up on the offer thanks very much again.’

We are pleased to see the 5* rating regardless of this unfortunate incident which was outside of our control. The heater was promptly repaired as soon as the guests departed.

All-in-all, this was a very nice house to stay in. I'll certainly consider it again in the future.

Extremely comfortable and clean house. Plenty of room for 10 people utilizing 5 bedrooms. The pool / patio has a nice view overlooking a pond. The drive time to Disney World is about 20 minutes. And the property manager / owner checked in via email to ask if all was going well with our stay.

I only have minor gripes... I would have liked to have been given a few more bars of hand soap and rolls of toilet paper. The coffee maker is missing its original filter basket, and it's been replaced with one that's too small.

We had a wonderful, relaxing, memorable time in this beautiful home!!
We have travelled to Orlando every winter for 15 years but always stayed in resorts. This year, as the pandemic is hopefully coming to a close, we wanted the more healthy "safe" alternative of staying in a home. Roger & Lucy's beautiful home, The Season's Villa, was perfect for us. We had our two octogenarian moms, sisters and 2 nephews with us. From the 11 year old boy, right up to the 90 year old Grandma, we all agreed it was PERFECT! It was close to all the Disney & Universal attractions and also every restaurant you could imagine. The Walmart was just a few minutes from the home (without going into major traffic.) The boys loved the game room with pool, air hockey, fusbol and an arcade game. (They didn't pull out their own video game systems once!) BUT best of all was the pool with the attached hot tub/spa AND the view overlooking the large pond complete with many ducks and cranes. We truly can hardly wait to bring our toddler granddaughters to enjoy it next year.

Thanksgiving can be a ‘lively’ time to stay but we do encourage anyone who is suffering from any social disturbances to notify the local sheriffs who are very good at attending and if necessary breaking up antisocial behaviour. Given Seasons is quite a small subdivision, it rarely suffers from guests who are antisocial and many owners live in the subdivision as well so they are always alert to those who are not showing respect to others.

Property was still being cleaned after 4:00. Told cleaners at 4:20 we would wait on towels to dry and we would take care of them. Cars were parked all over the street at night after we made accommodations to only have two cars. House was a little further from things than advertised. Alarm was set off twice and no response, not even a phone call. All these were minor and only addressed so you would know. We were very pleased with home . The home had everything listed and more. Game room was nice, washer and dryers were great,plenty of kitchen and earing space, beds were comfortable. (Wish there were two bedrooms on first floor). If we ever brought a group this large we would consider this home. We have season passes to WDW and will be coming back a couple of times in the next 11 months. We would probably be looking for a two bedroom and two bath with both on ground floor. After staying at this home we would consider another home if you had one that would fit our needs. The location of the house was excellent. Convenient to the parks and to local shopping. The house itself was spacious and lovely. There were only small 2 issues. One was a minor infestation of flying ants on the 2nd fl front BR (Orange marble room). Two, there were no clear instructions on what was recyclable and what was not. We managed to vacuum up the insects and the rest of the instructions for the house were very clear. Definitely recommend

Great Villa in a quiet neighbourhood.
Stayed a week at the Seasons Villa with my wife, daughter and in-laws. We chose that area for its proximity to the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex where our daughter was competing at The Summit cheerleading competition. There is no better way to travel than a home setting when families or friends meet somewhere. Hotels just don't cut it. The house was spacious and very clean. We also had good fun in the game room.

I booked this property for our family of 3 (one 13 year old son) based on the reviews of past guests and had high expectations. The location is ok, but you can find equally nice or nicer properties even closer to the parks. Traffic through Orlando is, at times, horrendous and the estimated times to the parks is grossly underestimated, in my opinion. The house itself is ok. It was nice to have a kitchen even though we didn't use it as often as we could have. The cookware and utensils are old (teflon scraping off etc) and need to be replaced. Not exactly everything you would need to make meals. We were initially excited about the pool. I paid big money for pool heat. After one 10 minute dip in the pool our second day there our eyes were burning and itching. No idea what that was about, but it was uncomfortable and we didn't swim again during our stay. High cost for a 10 minute dip; really disappointing. Probably the biggest negative was the cleanliness. The furniture is really dirty...the sofas in the front room as well as the sectional in the family room had visible dirt stains and really funky smells. Maybe I am really picky about cleaning, but it wasn't up to my standards. This included past guests hair in the main floor shower and food(?) stains on 2 of the folded up blankets in the closet. Be prepared to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels. Lots of bathrooms in this house but each one only had one quarter or one half of a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls...thank goodness there were only 3 of us. And the game room...a fun idea. My son loved it for about 20 minutes. Be aware that this game room is in the garage. The garage is not air conditioned, of course. Florida is hot. A garage in Florida is REALLY hot. Granted it was in the mid to upper 80's when we were there, but the game room was way too hot to tolerate it for very long. Again, great in theory, but turned out to be a disappointment. On a positive note the neighborhood is pretty quiet except for our last two days when some kids who were at the property next door were outside playing and screaming at 8:20...we like to sleep later than that when on vacation and staying out at the parks until midnight or later! Here is where the mixed emotions come into play....the property owner is a nice, prompt, helpful person. Roger answered questions before and during our stay. He truly seems like a great guy, but his property definitely needs some TLC. Alas, we won't stay again.

We looked into the issues raised here and would comment as follows. 1. Our agents advised us that not one call was made to their office during this period to raise any concerns of dissatisfaction with the smell of the pool or the cleanliness of the house. 2. The far majority of games rooms in Florida are inside garages. 3. Our games room does have an independent AC unit inside the garage which can be used whilst inside the games room. 4. A guest does not need to travel through downtown Orlando to reach either Disney or Universal from the house since the house is in Kissimmee. Disneyworld property is easily reachable in 15 minutes and pretty much guaranteed (unless it is real peak times on Poinciana) along 192 for a short distance then joining the free section of Osceola Parkway at Seralago/Falcons Fire golf resort. No other guest in 10 years has had any reason to doubt this. Universal is a little more difficult to predict since you are likely at the mercy of the I4. But 30 minutes in general is about right off peak, 45mins at most. 5. Self-catering houses are just that, the agents do provide a toilet roll in each toilet and a gust bar of soap just to get you started, but once used up it is for guests to purchase their own. We do in fact, provide wherever possible a good supply of dishwasher tablets and that kind of thing. It's not guaranteed but we do our best. It's important to remember self-catering is not the same as hotel. A guest needs to supply their own toiletries. 6. 8.20am isn't that unreasonable to be outside playing for children on holiday. We advise a quiet word with the parents might have resolved this one if they were too boisterous at an early hour on several mornings. 7. As stated here, the guest did contact the owner on two occasions, one relating to the hosepipe found inside the pool and the other relating to use of ARM STAY on the alarm panel. No other concerns were raised at the time of staying. We advise all guests to call the agents, if a guest is concerned about something. They are there to assist.

Great vacation rental.

We do a family Disney trip every year, and had a great experience with this house. Its very convenient to get to the parks. The house had plenty of room, and things to do when we weren't at the parks. The condition of the house was great there was very little signs of wear and tear from being a rental. The house was also extremely clean which impressed us compared to some previous properties we have stayed at. The over all feel was that we where staying in a friends house, and not a rental property.

Clean, Updated and Well appointed

Very nice property. Suited our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers very well. Everyone had their own space and could relax/decompress from long day at Disney/Universal quite easily. Neighborhood was quiet/peaceful. Drive to/from MCO, Disney and Universal relatively easy. Property owners took great pains to make the amenities of the property simple and easy to use. Communication with Roger and Lucy was exceedingly prompt, professional and clear in every instance. Really made renting the property easy and not stressful at all. OUTSTANDING!

Roger & Lucy have a great home in Florida and it was great to be able to stay here for two weeks. We were an Irish family of 12 people, 8 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough space in the villa. A quite residential area with a large Walmart 5 minute walk away or 1 minute drive. Everything was so easily located with this villa - the Disney parks are about 10/15 minute drive, universal is about 25min drive.

Overall the villa is a fantastic space, the pool was big and the games room had something for everybody. I am only writing this because it shows how dedicated Roger and Lucy are, we had two very small problems when we were there - and I have never seen a maintenance man arrive as quick in my whole life. Nothing was a problem. Top quality customer service.

If you are looking for a large villa for your family with great facilities, is in a great location, clean and its owners give top customer service stop searching any further and get in touch with Roger and get this place booked.

Big and beautiful home.

My sisters and I took a vacation to the Disney area. We stayed at the Seasons house. The house I very large and very well appointed. With 6 bedrooms there's plenty of room for a large family. The neighborhood is clean and friendly. The house has a very nice lanai with a pool. It's situated on a pond with a nice walking path around it. The Disney area is about a 10 -15 minute ride. We enjoyed staying here and would surely recommend it.

Our family of 9 adults, 3 children stayed at this villa and couldn't be happier. We enjoyed a warm pool, even though we didn't need it because the weather was in the 80's everyday. But this time of the year, it is better to be safe by having heated pool. The kids absolutely loved the warm water! (They literally lived in it when we were at the villa...haha) We had a small pool issue (pool guy forgot to turn the pump back on Auto, so it ran all night!) We called the Management Company in the morning, and the pool guy was back within 2 hours! The Management Company is right on top of things.

Only suggestion I would make is if you have a group with early risers (our grandchildren got up at 6:30 am) put their parents in the lower level bedroom by the pool. This bedroom has an air vent cut out of the drywall at the top by the ceiling, and you can hear EVERYTHING in the kitchen and living area. Therefore we could hear them trying to be quiet while having their cereal in the morning. We could even hear their mom whispering to them to be quiet..lol So when the kids come down from the upstairs bedroom, at least THEIR parents can hear them and attend to them easily by staying in the lower master suite. Also you can go sit outside by the pool to eat breakfast and still not bother anyone sleeping because once outside the house is quiet, obviously. However when we were in the lower bedroom, we could still hear them outside because it is next to the pool. Not a huge deal because we just got up when they did....LOL..Just saying would have made so much more sense having the parents of small children stay in that bedroom. The quietest bedrooms are located in the front of the Villa for those who go to bed early and may want the quieter option. (For us going to bed early means before 11 p.m.) Some of us wanted to play cards or other games.

All Disney venues are within 30 min. from the Villa. Plenty of things to do in this area! Thank you to the owners, Roger and Lucy!! I give this a thumbs up and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Would definitely go back

A Great Place for Families to Enjoy

This home was a dream to stay in for our very first family trip to Disney. There are three large common areas (large kitchen with huge island w/stools, large family room and large pool deck) which made being together as a group of 9 so easy. With the equivalent of 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (3 up and 1 downstairs) and two bedrooms with kids in mind, getting away for some quiet and a nap (regardless of age) was easy as well. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make family meals. A nice sized pantry space, modern appliances and plenty of counterspace made meal prep and clean up a breeze. The front parlor of the home serves as both a quiet place to read or relax and a good staging area for the morning exit to the parks. We used the large dining room adjoining the parlor as a work space for those who had emails and business calls to attend to in the evenings. The pool was great for the kids and for soaking in after miles of walking in the parks. We averaged about 6 miles of walking per day. Glad we paid the little extra to heat the pool because with January temperatures dipping into the 40's at night, the pool took a few days to really warm up. Once it got to temperature however, it was well enjoyed. Well worth the price. The neighborhood was quiet, the home large enough for 9 people to live together comfortably for 10 days, plenty of stores, restaurants galore to meet whatever need or want you have. AND, Disney was a short 12 minute drive away in the morning. We left the house about 7:45 a.m., drove to Disney, parked, got on the tram, and were standing at the entrance by 8:20-8:30 a.m. most mornings. Takes a little longer to get into Magic Kingdom just because there is an additional monorail or ferry boat ride, but even then we arrived at the entrance by 8:30-8:40 a.m.....mostly because we had to coordinate two strollers and three children under 6. If you didn't have little ones in tow, you could drive, park and get to the entrance of the parks in 30 minutes. We enjoyed the flexibility of bringing the little ones home for naps, swims, dinner and then heading back afterwards for fireworks or fastpass meet and greets. The location of the home and the spacious layout allowed for everyone to be rested, have some fun, eat healthy and go back and forth to Disney with ease. The game room was a nice change of pace in the afternoons and gave even the adults some fun bonding time over a game of darts, air hockey or old fashioned PacMan! With a pool table and board games at the ready, the owners have thought of everything a family might want to vacation and play together. Really a great place for families to spend time together.

It was nice and perfect! Just what we needed somewhere quiet to be able to rest and enjoy it. It’s nice and cozy. Game room is a plus! We spent a lot of time there it was just perfect! Everything was so beautiful in this home it was the perfect choice the bedroom all had their own bathroom with the exception of the kid rooms. Owner was very easy to reach and they give you step by step instructions for the home. I loved it ! This will be our go to for our Disney vacations! The house has alot of room very spacious. The pool was amazing, home not far from the Disney parks at all. We paid extra for the grill it did not work the full time, Roger was on top of getting it fixed in a timely manner. The game room was awesome, although it does need to be updated. Darts and foosball table were broken, other then that everything was beyond our expectations. Thank you for lending us your home during our stay.

 - The games tables work fine but it is important to turn them on at the switch at the entrance to the game room first. Signs do advise guests to do this both at the switch itself and on the game room tables.
We always advise guests to call the agents if they are in any need of help with any kind of issue.

We absolutely loved your home!!

We will definitely be back soon. The home was very spacious and was fully equipped. We didn't use many items but it was nice to see the extra pool items, baby essentials, and wonderful decorations in the kids rooms and bathroom. Also we were very impressed with how neat and clean everything was when we arrived. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Things that would improve the stay for others...more wash cloths and tissue for big groups and also check remote batteries.

Spacious and comfortable villa in an ideal location.

From the moment I first contacted them Roger and Lucy went out of their way to ensure that the booking process was stress free, even offering to help with flights and car hire. Their quick response to emails and attention to detail was right up there with the best.

We had no issues at all during our two week stay and enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evenings after a tiring day at the parks.

The covered area was an additional benefit as we could sit outside and shelter from the sun, or watch the occasional spectacular thunderstorm do its worst.

The en-suite bedrooms are perfect for large families and the children's rooms and games room were also a big hit.

House is GREAT. Would stay again.

Our main criteria in a home when we stay is that it is clean. We have stayed in dozens and dozens of homes on VRBO. This home was one of the cleanest we have been in.

It is located 15-20 from the parks, which was no problem for us. It was stocked sufficiently and there simply wasn't any problems. We would stay in this house again in a heartbeat. Lots of choices in Orlando but you can't go wrong at this home. It is also very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Roger was also super easy to deal with. He communicated promptly when we had questions before our arrival.

Amazing property. Great location. Best owners.

This was our second time renting this house from Roger & Lucy. It definitely won't be the last time. They care about their vacation home and it shows from the minute you arrive. The place was spotless both inside and out. The large pool area looks out over a lovely pond with a walking path around it. Sunrise with your morning coffee by the pool is amazing and there is enough of a covered area that you can always get out of the sun.....if you really want to. The patio furniture was comfortable and plentiful. Lots of room inside as well and everything has been kept up to date and well maintained. We have never been disappointed renting from Roger and Lucy and can't wait to return again in the future.

Great house rental

This property was everything it was advertized to be. We found it to be a beautiful and spacious rental, and had ample room for our eleven person family. Lovely home! But there were issues...

The villa was awesome! We had an amazing time. However, we ran into some problems. The pool/spa heat that we ordered didn't work correctly. One night the spa was too hot to be in, and for the rest of our trip it wasn't hot at all. Very disappointed about that... But oh well. Our van was parked in the driveway and we received a $50 ticket for blocking the sidewalk. There were at least five other vehicles doing the same thing that were not ticketed (all of which had Florida plates). We went as far as to call the police station about it, and they said "that officer had received a lot of complaints about the tickets he writes, but he rarely cancels them." Shouldn't the fact that he gets a lot of complaints tell them something... IT SHOULD!!! I think because we had out of state license plates he could just write us a ticket and we would have to leave before we would be able to fight it. We were very upset. But all in all, if the pool heat situation wasn't an issue, I would have no problem giving this villa 5 stars! The layout and amount of bedrooms and bathrooms we had was just perfect for our party! We had several Billiards tournaments in the game room which were very enjoyable. 5 star home... 3 star experience.

The villa is lovely with everything you require. It was spacious and well decorated. It is a 1 minute drive to Walmart and the 192. We had a small issue with the air conditioning upstairs, it was always very warm despite the temp being set lower and we always kept all doors closed. We did call the management company and they advised it was working but we couldn't seem to get it to cool down which did cause an issue as my small Grandaughter suffered with the heat. All in all it was a lovely holiday and a nice place to stay.

Beautiful home

From the moment we arrived at the villa we where impressed my husband 4 children 8,11,13,17 and in laws loved it plenty of room for us all. Very modern clean and fully equipped. The children couldn't wait to get back each day and use the pool and chill out . I couldn't recommend this villa enough we where all sad to leave after two weeks it more than felt like home . The pictures don't do the villa justice it was worth every penny. We had an issue with the pool heat for a few days but once we connected the management team it was fixed straight away It wasn't a big issue I only mention it to draw attention to how quick it was sorted. Great location for getting to all the parks and having Walmart minutes away was brilliant can't wait to plan our next trip .

Our 2015 Christmas present vacation to our family was announced to all Christmas Day of 2014. Our grandchildren were so excited; some had never traveled so it was a big deal. 4 days at Disney had them all planning each days expeditions. 10 days before leaving we discovered our 8 year old grandson had a fast growing lymphoma and had to begin chemo immediately; his family of 4 could not travel. One of the nicest homes we have ever rented. The pond behind the house provided lovely views of the sunrise and the walking path around it got well used during our stay. While we encountered a mechanical problem with the spa pool, the owners got involved directly and immediately to expedite the repair. We couldn't have asked for more attentive owners or a nicer home. The layout for the house was perfect for us as there were a few children. They loved the layout and decor of the twin rooms. The games room was fantastic, most of the children's time was spent in there, although the adults started to take over towards the end of the holiday :D It is in a very good location, as you have local shops only 5-10 minutes away and Disney World was around 20 minutes away. So that was a bonus for us. The owner provided very good customer service, as if we had a problem he would respond to an email very quickly, and fix the problem for us. I would definitely recommend this as a property to stay at if you are lucky enough to visit Florida, it is a perfect place for large families visiting.

We were in Florida 14 years ago and decided to go back this year. It was hard to find a house which we all liked (we were 5 grown-ups) but with this beautiful home we found the right one. It is spacious (everyone had a place for himself if he wanted to), lovely furnished and very clean. The people working at the property management (Gemstone) were really friendly and helpful if you had a problem or a question. The location of the house is perfect. You reach Disney, Universal and a lot of restaurants very fast but still it is quiet at night. Our favourite restaurants near the house were Logan's, Red Lobster and Texas Roadhouse which you can reach within 10 to 30 minutes depending on the traffic situation. All in all we were very satisfied with everything and can recommend the villa.

We visited The Seasons Villa for the first time in July 2014 and can't wait to plan our return visit. There were 8 adults and 4 children aged between 14 and 4, it was well equipped catering for all of our needs. The villa is very spacious even when there was 12 of us you could have your own space, especially with the Master bedrooms all having en-suites. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent on our days off offering seating for us all and the fantastic views over the lake. The air conditioning is a dream for those hot humid days. The games room was a complete hit with us, we often had pool, football and air hockey competitions (even when the kids went to bed). The Seasons Villa is very well located with all the attractions a short ride away, Walmart and great restaurants are even closer. There were numerous times when the children asked to have a 'Villa day' rather than go to the parks! Highly recommended :-)

I have been bringing a group to the area for the last 10 years and we always rent properties in the surrounding area. Rarely do we find a property that has everything we need. This year we did! This house has everything you need to have a wonderful and fun filled vacation. The game room is awesome, the pool and spa actually heat up when you turn them on, something that has always been an issue at the other houses we stay at. The property managers do an excellent job of communicating with you. A definite must stay if you are looking in the Seasons property area. We have finally found a house that we will be coming back to, time and time again!

We chose The Seasons Villa for our first Annual Family Christmas Holiday Getaway. Although a few of us have stayed in very nice vacation rentals, this was by far the best for many reasons. The young children and the teens loved the gameroom and swimming pool and were content staying "home a couple of days. The house was just as pictured. The view was great, very easy to find. Conveniently located next to two walmarts. We used the kitchen and everything worked well, hsd all the things we needed to cook eat and take care of the dishes. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms all clean and towels were more than plenty available. The game room was EXCELLENT. Being able to have the garage door open but covered with the curtain let in a nice breeze. In addition to the house being great, Lucy and Roger were greatly helpful. Good communication, didnt take long to respond, able to resolve small issues through compromise. Will be staying there again next year as we do this trip every year.

'Not enough time!' - Taylors Family – February 2013 - North Carolina, USA

My, oh my! We made a huge mistake not reserving this house for two weeks! One wasn't enough! Our time was spent waking early and rushing to the Disney parks and then not getting back until later in the evening. Had I known that my six year old was going to be more interested in swimming and hanging out in "her room" (the Mickey with bunkbeds) than actually going to Disney, I would have extended our trip! She loved, loved, loved the pool and we only had about an hour to enjoy the game room but could have spent lots of time in there. Our temps were in the 70's and 80's and we did ask for the pool to be heated which turned out to be a good decision. You wouldn't need heat in the day but at night it cooled down in the 50's and the pool felt great. The house is beautiful and is exactly as the pictures on this site portray. I was concerned about the location of this home since we always stay close to the 192/I-4 area and this was further down 192. The drive to Disney isn't that bad and it wouldn't keep us from returning to Seasons again. Roger was wonderful to work with and if you are on the fence about where to stay, I would strongly suggest reserving this house! You will love it!

We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday in Florida with family and friends, where we also got married. This villa is amazing and enabled us to have a fun filled memorable holiday with all our nearest and dearest. The size, layout and furnishing of the house enabled 4 couples to have their own double room with en-suite, which was difficult to find when looking at other villas. In total 10 of us stayed at the villa, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The location of the property is perfect for access to all the main attractions in central Florida. We were able to get to all the parks in very good time which allowed us to make the most of each day. It is a shame there is so much to do in Florida as we would have quite happily spent much more time back at the house relaxing around the pool! The kitchen is very well eqiupped for catering for larger groups as is the rest of the house. The men and children of the group particularly enjoyed evenings in the games room! Both Roger and Lucy have been extremely helpful and informative during the booking process and planning of our holiday. We stayed in Seasons for 2 weeks at the end of April, early May. There were 9 of us in all, 7 adults and two children. The villa was perfect for our needs, situated in a very quiet residential area, absolutely beautiful and very well equiped, a home away from home and more. It has everything you’ll need to make your stay a very enjoyable one. We got great use out of the games room and the pool. The villa is only a short 10/12 minute drive to the Disney parks, all of which are amazing. Universal is about 15/20 minutes away. There’s a 24 hour Walmart at the top of the road, great if you arrive late in the evening

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, we particularly liked the Olive Garden and if you’re looking for a really nice steak/meal, Charlie’s Steak House is the place to go, a bit more expensive but well worth it.

There’s so much to do in Florida that we didn’t get to do everything we wanted so if possible, maybe a 2½ to 3 week break would be the way to go. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this home for your stay in Florida and would love to return someday.

Fabulous vacation!

We had between 11 and 13 people at this house for 10 nights over winter recess 2011. The house was wonderful and perfect... close to all the attractions. We got remote boats for the lake out back and the kids all just loved it. Couldn't have been a better trip... truly a family vacation we will cherish for a lifetime.

Every year 10 men from NY converge on sunny Orlando for a long weekend of fun away from the pressures of families and career. We paintball, go-kart, barbecue and bar hop. This house was perfect for our needs, big enough to spread put and the beds were cozy (not that we did much sleeping). All the attractions are close by and the community is clean, quiet and safe. I highly recommend this house for any large groups.
