Fantastic Experience! This is the second time our family has spent our Christmas holiday at this villa. We love the place. The 4 master suites ensure solitude when needed and the other bedrooms are perfectly situated in the house so youngsters are close by. In addition to being spacious, the home is fully equipped with quality pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware needed to prepare and enjoy formal and informal meals. We chose to heat the pool and it made our night swims more enjoyable. Adults and children alike took advantage of the amenities in the clubhouse. It was great to sit at the Tiki Bar and be abke to watch the teens on the basketball courts and oversee the younger ones in the pool. We plan to schedule another stay in 2018. Our property has a maximum of 13 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children. Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind. Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom. Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.

Situated in gated community resort this 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home has all you need to enjoy a great family vacation in the heart of all the attractions of Central Florida. The house features a luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast island, private pool, integrated spa with superb lake views, a full length lanai, and fully equipped games room.

The house is located inside Terra Verde Resort offering some of the best gated community facilities in the region.

This luxury villa has all you need to enjoy a family vacation. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for large families or groups, sleeping up to 13 guests. With 4 master en suites there will never be a rush for the bathroom!

It is decorated throughout to a luxury contemporary taste with themed children's rooms to make that magical visit just that bit more special. There is plenty of living space to spread out and relax in. Your family can enjoy time together in the family room as you watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). There is also a separate lounge area providing extra space for the kids to play or maybe that peaceful haven in which grandparents might like to relax.

Maybe you would like some fun time together with the kids or perhaps more serious, competitive, adult time, playing in our newly refurbished fully equipped games room, with an air-hockey table, electronic darts board, foosball table and pool table to enjoy?! A real family favourite is the 60 in 1 arcade games machine. All the classic games of the 80s will remind those how good those games were and enjoy watching the younger generation laugh at what we got up to! But secretly, they'll get addicted to it as well! The kitchen is fully equipped and the family can happily sit around the breakfast area, the more formal dining area or enjoy the warmth outside under the shade of the spacious lanai with luxury outdoor furniture.

There are luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large screen cable TV with surround sound, flat screen TVs throughout all the bedrooms with DVD players and free wi fi, all provided for your enjoyment and relaxation. Step outside from the family room under the cool and shaded full length lanai and enjoy the Floridian sunshine relaxing by the pool and spa watching the wildlife on the lake.

There are no rear neighbours to worry about here and the pool area offers complete privacy with some Florida glass screening to the side. This villa has safety in mind for those travelling with young children with pool door alarms and safety fencing. And when you want to venture further from the comfort of the home, the world's most favourite resorts and theme parks await you on the doorstep!

Additionally, on top of all this the house is situated in a gated community which has lots of additional benefits. A heated community pool and spa overlooks the central lake. It has a poolside bar and grill offering drinks and light snacks. You may like to spend some time on the sunning deck or on the lakeside hammocks. There is a children's play area with swings, slide and sand pit. Other resort activities include netball/basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, all-weather table tennis, mini golf and shuffle board. There is also a 3-acre fully stock lake if you like fishing. Something for everyone in other words!

The clubhouse has a reception desk with Concierge services who can assist you in any advice on vacation activities along with discounts on local attractions. It has a large meeting and reception room which offers a suitable location for private family parties, reunions and other functions. There is a fitness center, sauna, and massages and complementary therapy services are also available by appointment. The business center offers full PC facilities with internet access and free wifi is available throughout the premises. There is a games room, ATM and postal facilities located in the clubhouse. Large screen cable TVs are located in the lounge and on certain days of the week it offers Movie nights for all to enjoy. Complimentary coffee is also provided at all times in the Clubhouse.
